TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE - YOU AGREE THAT:

• All payments initiated by you in which charges are made to your bank account are final and irreversible.
• Funds must be available in your bank account before initiating this transaction which usually takes 1-3 business days to be debited from your bank.
• Transfer is instant up to your deposit limits. If you exceed your limits, the funds will be added to your account once credited at our bank which usually takes 4-6 business days.
• There will be a 25.00 EUR fee if it returns unpaid by your bank and your credit history may be affected.
• We reserve the right to recover bad debts using whichever method may lawfully be available to us including but not limited to (i) debiting the amount owed by you from your Account balance; and (ii) instructing third party collections agencies to collect the debt.
