What is the Withdrawal Procedure?
All Withdrawal are subject to our Withdrawal procedures as follows:
- All withdrawals are subject to review by our internal game fairness/security team and must be approved before any funds are distributed.
Withdrawal requests are processed within one to two (1 - 2) business days from the date of the request.For withdrawal requests submitted before 13:00 GMT (09:00 CET), the day of the withdrawal request is counted as the first processing day. For any withdrawal requests submitted after 13:00 GMT (09:00 CET), the three processing days will commence the on the subsequent business day.
However, please note that the casino reserves the right to withhold withdrawals above the amount of $1,000 for security checks until the receipt of all the required documents for verification purposes. You will need to provide a copy of a valid proof of address, either a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months and a copy of your government-issued ID. Your withdrawal will be processed when your documents have successfully been verified. If this is your first withdrawal request, you are encouraged to submit the necessary documents in the first instance in order to receive the funds in three business days.
Once approved the time taken to receive your funds will depend on the withdrawal option you selected. For a list of options and how to receive your money, transfer time and fees please see our Withdrawal Options.
- Withdrawals may be merged and treated as one request in the event of a previous transaction(s) not being processed yet. This will be taken into consideration before processing the payment based on the limit of the option selected.
- We reserve the right to process withdrawals back to the payment method(s) used to make your deposit, up to the total amount deposited, before other withdrawal options are enabled. The applicable payment method(s) is/are selected at our sole discretion, and may include but is not limited to credit/debit cards.
- Until the withdrawal is approved and dispatched, you may reverse and have the funds added back to your account.
To do so, simply go to the cashier, click 'Deposit', any pending Withdrawal amount will be displayed and you can enter the amount you would like to reverse.
